Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the website located at ciforceai.com (the "Site") or engaging any services offered by CIFORCE AI SERVICE PTE. LTD. ("CiForce AI," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or entering into a service engagement with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms govern website use only. Actual data service engagements are governed by a separate written Service Agreement or Statement of Work, which takes precedence over these Terms in the event of a conflict.
By accessing or using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the authority to agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization, and accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Site immediately.
You may use the Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Permitted uses include: reviewing information about our services, submitting inquiries via the contact form, and downloading any publicly available materials we make available.

All content on the Site—including text, graphics, logos, service descriptions, and software—is owned by or licensed to CIFORCE AI SERVICE PTE. LTD. and is protected by Singapore and international intellectual property laws. Any information you submit through the Site (including contact form messages) is subject to our Privacy Policy. By submitting information, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that information for the purpose of responding to your inquiry and, in aggregated and anonymized form, improving our services.
Our AI data services—including synthetic data generation, expert interview programs, model evaluation, and RLHF support—are subject to a separate written agreement between CiForce AI and the client organization. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer to provide services. All service engagements require a signed Statement of Work or Service Agreement.
While we are committed to delivering high-quality data, we do not guarantee specific model performance outcomes from the use of our data. AI system performance depends on many factors beyond the scope of any single data engagement.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of data delivered by CiForce AI complies with applicable laws, including intellectual property, privacy, and AI regulation in their jurisdictions of operation.
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site. Your use of linked sites is at your own risk.
The Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CIFORCE AI SERVICE PTE. LTD. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity—arising from your use of or inability to use the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed SGD 500.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CIFORCE AI SERVICE PTE. LTD. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third-party rights.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Site, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Site, or any part of it, at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms at any time. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable Service Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and CIFORCE AI SERVICE PTE. LTD. regarding the subject matter herein and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings.
